Bookings

A confirmed booking is a contract between you and Coconut Village Beach Resort. A deposit confirms your stay, with the balance due on arrival unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival. Cancellations within 21 days forfeit the deposit. No-shows are charged the full stay.

Behaviour

We ask all guests to respect our staff, other guests, and the natural environment surrounding the property.

Liability

Coconut Village Beach Resort is not liable for personal loss or injury sustained during activities off the property. Standard travel insurance is recommended.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
